A first-draft quantity takeoff measured from the drawings you upload, delivered as a spreadsheet. Every line carries a confidence grade showing how firmly it is supported; lines resting on an assumption are highlighted so you can see where to spend your review time.
This is a measurement to check, not a bid to submit. No warranty is given on any quantity. We do not claim the numbers are correct, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, and nothing we deliver should be priced into a tender without your own verification against the full drawing set.
United States projects only. If your project is located elsewhere we decline the order before taking payment rather than deliver a report classified against the wrong market.
We check whether we can process your files before you are charged. We decline if the files cannot be opened, contain no drawings, are specifications only, or fall outside the work we can measure. A Project Overview order is declined when we hold no published cost rate for your building type — you will be told so, and pointed to the Draft Takeoff Workbook, which does not depend on those rates.
Declining costs you nothing. It is deliberately easier for us to decline than to take an order we cannot complete.
Full refund, no conditions.
If the delivered work is not what you needed, ask and you get the whole amount back. We do not ask you to justify it and we do not negotiate — this service has no support desk by design, and a refund is the honest answer when a conversation is not available.
If we fail to deliver within the stated time, or the work does not pass our own quality checks, we refund without being asked.
A limit of one goodwill refund per customer is under consideration to prevent repeated use without payment; it is not in force and will be stated plainly here if adopted.
Four days for a takeoff product and two for the Project Overview, counted from cleared payment. These are calendar days, including weekends and holidays — the pipeline does not keep office hours, so neither does the clock. Rush — offered at checkout for half the product price — delivers inside 48 hours of cleared payment and buys queue position only: the work, the method and the checks are identical to a standard order.
If we miss the date you were quoted, the order is refunded in full without you asking. That applies to the Rush surcharge and the product price together, not the surcharge alone.
Processed on our own machines and never uploaded to any third-party service. We do not sell, share, or publish your drawings, and we do not use them as examples.
We do keep the work we produce from them — the measured quantities and the priced output — to improve the system. We are telling you this plainly rather than burying it, because keeping it without saying so would be the wrong thing to do even where it is permitted. Your original files are deleted on the schedule stated at upload.
Everything from receiving your files to delivering the result runs without a person in the loop. There is no support inbox and no account manager. That is why our checks refuse readily and why refunds are unconditional: those are the mechanisms that stand in for a conversation we cannot have.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of what we deliver is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost tenders, or costs arising from a bid priced using our output.
